PAIR AlertsTM are automated email notifications sent to you on the latest IFW updates for patent applications of interest to you. PAIR is the Patent Application Information Retrieval system of USPTO that displays information regarding patent application status. User can track the status of a public patent application as it moves from publication to final disposition.

Take advantage of this personalized service and be notified by email the latest status of application(s) as they are updated in PAIR/EPO.

The updates will be emailed to you using software that automatically monitors prosecution activities in PAIR and EPO.

 

Max-PAIRTM

Max-PAIRTM is a private PAIR alert assistant that tracks applications associated with your certificate and emails you the IFW updates on a set frequency.

You can pick and choose applications that are of interest to you from different customer numbers associated with your certificate.

Emails can be sent to multiple recipients updating them on the application status.

With the help of this tool you will be alerted with the IFW updates immediately after it appears in private PAIR. You can also view the original IFW documents without logging into private PAIR.

Once the tool is set up there is no maintenance or manual interventions required. It automatically checks for new version of Max-PAIRTM (from MaxVal site) and upgrades.

  • One time set up: subscribe on our website; download the self-contained Max-PAIRTM tool from the Website and install on your desktop
  • First time installation of the tool downloads the private PAIR customer numbers and applications that are associated with that digital certificate.
